My name is Issei Takehara, and I currently teach Japanese professionally online. I am a certified teacher (see below for my credentials). Japan accepted 20 refugees on April 5th, 2022. Since then, we have been accepting Ukrainian Refugees little by little. Many of whom expressed the anxiety revolving around being able to live in Japan without knowing the language. Unfortunately, I do not speak Ukrainian, but as a certified Japanese teacher, I am able to teach Japanese effectively by means of English. So if any of the refugees currently in Japan or if Japan accepts refugees from Ukraine in the future, and if the Ukrainian people are worried about the language barrier, I would like to volunteer to offer you Japanese lessons so you can communicate with people and find a job in Japan. I know that Japan welcomes refugees from Ukraine but, as far as I know, I do not think Japanese government offers them Japanese lessons or any language schools for free. I would not be charging anything and I would ask for nothing in return. All the learning materials are also offered for free so you would not need to buy anything. I just would like to put it out there that, at least those who speak some English, I am able to assist them with learning Japanese. My lessons would be offered via online. Even if you are not interested in, or are nor yet ready to learn, Japanese language, I may be able to assist you in finding shelters or organizations that can assist you in other means. Should you wish to contact me for further information, please write to me at the email address listed below in the description. Thank you and I wish this atrocity to end as soon as possible.

(The following is a Japanese version basically saying the same thing, but the below is a message for Japanese people who do not understand English so they know what I am saying in this video and in this post and they can also spread the word)
