American Insurrection Instigated by President Donald J. Trump – America is crumbling down ③

Here, I just want to repeat what I said when Trump got elected in 2016: “America, what the hell did you just do?” Most people in the world know about what happened on Jan. 6h, 2021, so I will let the reporters speak with the footages. This has been happening since March 2020, leading up to Joseph Biden’s inauguration on Jan. 20th, 2021 (though as of now, I am writing on the morning of the 19th of January, so I sincerely hope nothing extreme will happen, but this is not how the world’s most powerful Democratic country behaves.)

Don’t forget – this is happening during the growing pandemic and the U.S. currently has the most infected cases: 23,952,960 COVID-19 cases, far exceeding those of the second most infected country India: 10,571,773. The world total sum of the infected cases is 95,179,173. (As of Jan. 19th, 1:21 am JST). The U.S. COVID-19 related reported deaths are 397,672. About 10 months prior when still Trump was downplaying, the death toll was 50 on March 19th – that is, exactly 10 months ago. Anti-maskers and protesters in all forms ensued, culminating Jan. 6th (you can say these were protesters for different causes and different people, sure, but during the pandemic, a large gathering is a large gathering, medically speaking. A certain cause is more protected than another is a false narrative and it just is not common-sense. And you all know it but are afraid to say it because you may lose your social status or your job. Just admit it – see quote talking about the insurrectionists from Joe Scarborough below that sums it up eloquently – you do not need to express it but do not antagonize and ostracize others who are also suffering from this disease and especially when the US is doing nothing to prevent it from spreading it abroad. That is why Europe completely locked down as soon as there was an increase and regulated the mass-gathering even if the protests were for a noble cause). As far as I am medically concerned, a virus spreads wherever it finds a host.

Trump and violence in 2020: a timeline of incitement

“It is the generational hatred over media that they [radical far-right] think it is overwhelmingly liberal… of academia that has been owned by the left, and if you don’t think the academia is owned by the left… then you are a member of the far-left… In their hatred of liberals and academia, they have become everything that they hate… Some of my earliest memories watching TV as a child are watching the left-wing radicals as they storm across America, that take over college campuses, invade the offices of university presidents, and always justifying it, always justifying the violence…” – Joe Scarborough

Remember that Joe is a former Republican senator – what he is saying is if you are in the extreme right or left, you do not realize that you are a member of that group, because what you do is justified according to your own standard. From the far right, they see themselves as patriots and there is no such thing as far-right, but their action is the Golden Means. Similarly, if you are acting in the form of extreme left, you believe what you do and say is the standard to be upheld. Hence, there is no such thing as far-left. The only person who can recognize the reality is those who are in the middle, objectively apperceiving from the bird’s eye. Those who can recognize there are far-right as well as far-left are the ones who can see the world in a balanced way.

As Trump’s tweet as late as December 19th tells, Jan. 6th was predicted and in fact many people expected something would happen. Yet, the police presence, brutality, deployment of national guards remain the stark contrast with BLM protests in 2020 and there is overwhelming double standard. As Joe Scarborough keeps repeating, if this insurrection was done by black people, they would be immediately shot in the face or from back, and if this was instigated by Muslim community, even before they could gather around the Capitol, they would have been sniped to death. Yet, for some “unknown” reason, Jan. 6th, white supremacists insurrection was met with so few a police members and, worse, some police were taking selfies with the insurrectionists and met with an uncanny kind hospitality – leaving only 5 people dead.

America is collapsing and there is no telling what it takes for the U.S. to regain a lost semblance of trust once they enjoyed. The U.S. is literally the most hazardous enemy of the world now as of now, with a real possibility of obliterating the entire world.

I sincerely wish nothing bad will happen on Biden’s inauguration, yet I fear it would take at least decades for the U.S. to hold the same International position as it had been clanging onto it. That is, unless some other powerful countries would take over the hegemonic power and change the dynamics of the International politics.
